PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Reposado Tequila
- 2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Simple syrup or agave syrup
NSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple flower.
HOW TO MAKE DRIED PINEAPPLE FLOWER
Preheat oven to 225°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice pineapple thinly and remove any black eyes. Blot slices well with paper towels to remove excess juice. Arrange in a single layer and bake 2–2.5 hours, flipping every 30 minutes, until dry. Place warm slices in a muffin tin to cool into a flower shape. Store at room temperature with airflow for up to 3 days. Garnish cocktails with the pineapple flowers.
