INGREDIENTS
- 2 Ounces Hendrick's Gin
- ¾ Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Ounce Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Brut
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add top 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top off with a prosecco or champagne.
Using a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lemon juice, earl grey simple syrup and St. Germain. Shake well, then strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with basil.
