INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Liquid Egg Whites
- Dried Strawberry Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
In cocktail shaker combine Vodka, Pomegranate Juice, Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, and Liquid
Egg Whites. Very important: Shake for 15 seconds without ice! Then add ice to shaker and shake for
another 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe martini glass.
Add lip stencil on top of glass. Take mesh strainer and add strawberry powder. Tap strainer sprinkling
powder over stencil leaving lip pattern. Remove stencil. If excess powder is on the lip pattern don’t try to
remove it. Eventually it will dissolve and turn red like the rest of the design.
