INGREDIENTS
- 2 Ounces Empress Gin
- 1 Once Early Grey Tea Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Ounce St. Germain
INSTRUCTIONS
First, make the simple syrup by boiling 1 cup of hot water. Steep 3 Earl Grey tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and reheat,
then add 1 cup of granulated sugar to water tea mixture.
Let sugar dissolve, stir, then store in airtight container for up to one week.
Using a cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lemon juice, earl grey simple syrup and St. Germain. Shake well, then strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with basil.
