INGREDIENTS
- 2 Oz. Cognac
- 1 Oz. Orange Jam
- ½ Oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 Oz. Simple Syrup
- Thyme Sprig
- Top Sparkling Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Muddle thyme, lemon juice and pineapple juice in a shaker. Add orange jam, simple syrup, Cognac and ice. Shake very well and strain over ice in short highball glass. Top with sparkling soda (optional).
