Arrange Meats: Choose meats that suit your taste.
Arrange Cheeses: Anchor the board. Use 2-3 types of cheese. Be sure your cheese varies in color for depth.
Add Accompaniments: Arrange the sweet and savory bites around board. Separate colors to stand out.
Add Crackers: Add various types and shapes all throughout any gaps on the board.

- Don't Overcomplicate It: Make sure to design your board with your guests in mind.
- Add Color: Use bright pops of color red and green grapes, strawberries, raspberries, dried apricots.
- Where to Shop: Trader Joes, Publix and Kroger stores good stores for smaller cuts of cheese, and good quality crackers. Shop Costco or Sam’s Club if you're shopping for a larger groups.
- Keeping ingredients cold: If serving for an event where the charcuterie will sit out for a long period of time refrigerate overnight. Keep in mind items that dry out quickly like cheeses. If using deli meat keep it cold.
