ROASTED RED SALSA
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Roasted Roma Tomatoes
- ¼ Roasted White Onion
- 1 Roasted Jalapeño
- 3 Roasted Garlic Cloves
- ½ Bunch of Fresh Cilantro
- Juice of 1 Fresh Lime
- Salt & Pepper & Sugar

PINEAPPLE PICO SALSA
- 3 Fresh Yellow & Orange Heirloom Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple
- 1 Fresh Jalapeno
- ½ Bunch of Fresh Cilantro
- Juice of 1 Fresh Lime
- Salt & Pepper

SALSA VERDE
- 8 Roasted Tomatillos
- ¼ Roasted White Onion
- 1 Roasted Jalapeno
- 3 Roasted Garlic Cloves
- 2 Avocados
- ½ Bunch of Fresh Cilantro
- Juice of 1 Fresh Lime
- ½ Cup Water
- Salt & Pepper & Cumin
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse a few times. Pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasonings as you go. Pour into your preferred dish and serve with your favorite chips.
