Elicia Pegues Spearman has been a force in Fortune 500, state and federal agencies and national nonprofit circles for over 25 years. Her decades-long career at companies and organizations includes executive and senior leadership roles at Aetna, Hubbell and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
